We understand that independent retail is important to support and therefore we would never compete with our stores by selling retail. 

We are grateful for you. We are here for you and because of you. We love to hear your feedback, see pictures of your displays. And, while we have stated policies, always know that we ultimately want you to be happy and have jewelry that works for your store. Since we are small, we are flexible so if you need something, just ask and we will do what we can!  We're in this together!

We design and make all our jewelry in Seattle. We make each item just for you.  If you need customization, make a note at order check out or contact us.

We sell only online so your buying is convenient and there when you need it. Need advice? Feel free contact us. We have experience in retail management and jewelry sales representation and are happy to help. 

We can charge lower prices because our overhead is low and we don't have the high costs of trade shows and sales reps and we pass this savings on to you. Because we only sell wholesale and do not provide or show suggested retail pricing our retailers can set their own markup strategy.

We know your customers are always looking to you to give them something new and something not everyone else has.  For this reason, we add new styles throughout the year, not just during trade show seasons.

While some of our styles will return to stock if sold out, others may not. If you would like to reorder a retired style,  just note it at checkout or contact us and we will see what we can do.

We do our best to ship as soon as possible and aim for 1-2 day shipping. Estimated time to making your order is listed at the top of our site.  For orders with large quantities per item, lead times may be 2-4 weeks. If your order is delayed, we will email you.

We set a low, flat rate shipping for our U.S. customers so you know how much shipping is, regardless of your order size.
Shipping to Canada from $15.
Shipping internationally from $30. If your country is unavailable, please contact us to have it added.

We ship USPS with tracking, FOB Seattle.  We cannot be responsible for items lost in the mail. 

Out of stock items that are expected back in stock within two weeks are flagged "BACKORDER".

Should these or additional styles be out of stock when your order ships, this will be noted on your packing slip and the items will be removed from your invoice.  You will be invoiced by email when stock arrives. If you still want the backordered items, simply pay this invoice and we will create a new order for your backordered items and ship them to you freight free. Note: backorders totaling less than $15 may be cancelled.  

Typically, we prefer to ship the bulk of your order quickly but if we expect backordered items to be available within a day or two your order might be delayed.

We want you to have styles that work well or your store and customer. If something isn't working for you, please email to arrange a return for merchandise credit. After 30 days, reasonable exchanges can be made, however, vouchers issued can only be redeemed on orders totaling at least twice the voucher value.

We will email you your voucher code and it will also be available on your account page. Your voucher will be good for one year.

Should any of our pieces prove defective or need repairs just email a picture and we will let you know if we will repair, replace or issue a voucher. For repairs outside of the United States, we can only issue merchandise vouchers. 

We are happy to provide branded carding. Options can be selected at checkout.

We can include description stickers with the important details about each style (i.e. type of gemstone, metal, origins, vintage, nickel free) for you to place on the back of either our or your display cards. Option is available at checkout.

Type of gemstones used is listed on the site and are also noted on packing lists and description stickers (if requested).

All styles are nickel free for your allergy sensitive customers.

Exclusivity must be requested. Typically, we give stores a half mile radius as long as the account is considered active ($500 in purchases over 3 months), however, terms can be negotiated. Exclusivity cannot be granted if an account already exists within a half mile. 


  • Your information is not shared with other companies
  • Credit cards are not stored by Brass Sand.  All credit cards are processed securely by Stripe. If you select to pay by emailed invoice, Stripe stores your card information and we reserve the right to process stored cards for backorders and for invoices that remain unpaid once due.
