I believe that independent retail is important to support and therefore I do not compete with my store partners by selling retail. Brass Sand is ONLY sold wholesale. I am always happy to help solve customer problems such as a lost earring or breakages or to drop ship that special customer request for a store.

Brass Sand is designed and made to order in Seattle. If you need customization, no problem! Just make a note at order check out or send an email.
Brass Sand is only available online so your buying is convenient and there when you need it. Please feel free to email or call (425) 998.6019 if you have questions about a style. I have have experience in retail management and jewelry sales representation and have your best interests in mind.
LOWER PRICES, BETTER MARKUPS:
My overhead is low and I don't need to carry the high costs of trade shows and sales reps. Brass Sand is only sold wholesale and does not have suggested retail pricing so retailers are free to take advantage of lower prices and set their own markup strategy.
Customers of independent stores are always looking for something new and something not everyone else has. For this reason, I add new styles throughout the year, not just during trade show seasons.
FAST SHIPPING & POSTED LEAD TIME
I do my best to ship as soon as possible and aim for 1-3 day shipping. Estimated time to start making your order is posted on the home page of the site. For orders with large quantities per item, lead times may be up to 2-4 weeks. If your order is delayed, you will be emailed.
FLAT RATE U.S. SHIPPING
Flat rate shipping is available for U.S. stores so you know how much shipping is, regardless of your order size.
Low cost international shipping is also available and varies depending on location.
Orders are shipped using USPS with tracking, FOB Seattle.
FREE BACKORDER SHIPPING
Out of stock items that are expected back in stock within two weeks are flagged "BACKORDER". Items that are expected to be out of stock longer than 2 weeks are temporarily removed.
Any backorders will be noted on your packing slip and the items will be removed from your invoice. You will be invoiced by email when your backordered items are available and, once paid, your backorders will ship to you freight free. Note: backorders totaling less than $15 will be cancelled.
If backordered items to be available within a day or two your order might be delayed.
30 DAY EXCHANGES:
I want you to have styles that work well or your store and customer. If something isn't working for you, please email to arrange a return for merchandise credit. After 30 days, reasonable exchanges can be made, however, vouchers issued can only be redeemed on orders totaling at least twice the voucher value.
Voucher codes are emailed to you and will also be available on your account page.
REPAIR / REPLACEMENT:
Simply email a picture to request replacement or refund/merchandise voucher. For repairs outside of the United States, we can only issue refunds and merchandise vouchers.
Branded carding is complimentary but must be requested. Options can be selected at checkout.
Description stickers to place on the back of carding are available upon request. Stickers include important style details, i.e. type of gemstone, metal, origin, vintage, and nickel free. Option is available at checkout.
Type of gemstones used is listed on the site and are also noted on packing lists and description stickers (if requested).
All styles are nickel free for your allergy sensitive customers.
Exclusivity must be requested. If you plan to carry Brass Sand regularly, you may request reasonable territory exclusivity. Terms can be negotiated. Exclusivity cannot be granted if an account already exists within a half mile.
PRIVACY AND SECURITY:
- Your information is not shared with other companies
- Credit cards are not stored by Brass Sand. All credit cards are processed securely by Stripe. If you select to pay by emailed invoice, Stripe stores your card information and we reserve the right to process stored cards for backorders and for invoices that are ready to ship and remain unpaid or have been shipped and are past due.
